Funeral and Expenses for Joann Lawrence

My name is Erika Guzman and I write this on behalf of my sister Joann Lawrence. She is and forever will be an inspiring type of woman. She spent her life taking care of others by being a selfless person. Those who knew her know that she could radiate a room with her perfect smile and her contagious laugh. She did amazing things in her lifetime, but nothing more amazing than giving birth to three beautiful sons ages 4, 9, and 13.

On October 4th, 2020 she lost her three-week battle to Covid-19 but not due to negligence. She took all the necessary precautions and unfortunately this pandemic took the best of us. She fought strong and hard for so long because she knew she always had something and someone to live for, but God had other plans for her. While we may not understand why, we know that she is in heaven looking down on us and smiling. Anyone who knew Joann was blessed to create long lasting memories with her. She’s a role model for what a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend could ever be.

Today the family asks for your support in prayer and contribution to help lay Joann down to rest and for living expenses for her three boys. This unforeseen circumstance has left a void in the family’s hearts and as they grieve during this time, we ask that the financial aspect of things be the last thing on their minds.
