Funds for Brother's Outstanding Hospital Bill

Hello. I am writing in behalf of my brother, who just had a heart bypass surgery at Philippine Heart Center. He has been in the hospital for 4 months and is slowly recovering from surgery and sepsis. Though non-verbal and unable to move, he has been cleared for discharge by the hospital since all of his vitals are clear of infection. The outstanding hospital bill is about P600,000 to date. We won’t be able to take him out until this bill is paid. The longer he stays in the hospital, the larger the hospital bill.
