Fundraiser to replace items stolen in burglary

The Rock Foundation UK Ltd is a front-line charity that provides for young people and adults with learning disabilities within Greater Lincolnshire. At our Caistor site, we provide supported living as well as day service provision. Unlike other training facilities, our students are with us for as long as they require our services. The environmental opportunities of the meadow and the horticultural experience of the community allotment have greatly enhanced what we offer and the experience we can provide for our students. At some point during the night of Monday 18th September, burglars broke in to our secure storage, cutting through the bolts and stealing the tractor and other gardening equipment, together worth over £20,000. We have never turned anyone away, but it costs a fortune just to keep the doors open. That is what makes this burglary so devastating. Our students have been left traumatised by what has happened.

The cost of replacing the stolen items would impact our charity greatly and divert essential funds which should be used for the benefit of those we help. Please give generously to help raise money to replace the items stolen, improve security at the site and help our students return to the outdoor activities on which they thrive.
