Hey my names Saf. I’m writing to you today to ask for assistance for a dear friend Payge and her son. Payge was one of the most loving and empathetic people I’ve met. She was always one to put others needs, before her own. She was as selfless as she was a beacon of light to those who had the pleasure of her friendship and knowing her mood changing laughter. Payge has recently passed away, under tragic circumstances. Payge leaves behind a loving family. Including a 5 year old boy, who was her world.

Her son Nakoa (5), is a non verbal, special needs boy. Who will now be cared for by his great grandparents and grandmother. The strength he has already shown is amazing. Although the journey ahead is one no child should endure. He is a very bright, loving boy but the bond he shared with his mother, is one that can never be replicated. an incredibly sad prospect for any child to face.

The aim of this fundraiser is to assure that any financial burdens borne to this boy and the family, out of this tragedy can be lifted to allow them to grieve properly and peacefully and allow for any specialist care I.e counselling etc.

we would also like to say a Thankyou for the support, prayers and heartfelt condolences, we have already received from the people in this beautiful community and beyond. As well as QPS for their diligence. This fundraiser isn’t a place for speculation. It is however a place to remember another beautiful soul, who has been taken from us entirely too soon. Leaving behind a void that will never be filled.
