Help Bring My Senior Fashion Collection to Life!

Hi everyone! My name is Maya Wilkinson, and I’m a senior fashion design student working toward my bachelor’s degree at ASU FIDM in Los Angeles with a focus on costume design for film and television. For my final capstone project, I’m creating a fashion collection inspired by the gothic romance of Carmilla, a story that explores beauty, identity, and transformation through a darkly romantic lens.

This collection represents the culmination of my years of hard work, creativity, and learning. It’s not just a school project; it’s my debut as a designer and storyteller. Through fabric, texture, and form, I’m bringing a literary world to life and showcasing my vision for the future of costume and fashion design.

However, producing a collection at this level is expensive. Materials, fabrics, trims, patternmaking supplies, model fittings, photoshoots, and show presentation costs all add up quickly. I’m funding as much as I can on my own, but any support, big or small, will directly help me make this dream a reality.
