GOD BLESS YOU ALL. Hello my name is Kimberly Wingert. My husband Dale was friends with Frank for 60+ years. Many people knew him as the local Santa. We are launching this Go Fund Me page to help Martha ( the love of Frank's life ) pay for Frank's funeral costs. It has been a great loss to all that knew him. He had no life insurance and there are no means of paying for his funeral. We are asking for funds of $4500 which would cover cremation and a small service at Knight Aucmoody Funeral home in Port Jervis NY. If any funds are available after the service is paid for , they will be donated to the Fosterdale Methodist Church that Frank attended for many years. Thank you for any donations you make.
