Former Quadriplegic needs help

I will leave the original story for context.....Hello my name is Joe and I have been recovering from an infection that nearly killed me and left me a quadriplegic in 2018. Up until recently things have been going smoothly while taking 2 steps forward then 1 step back. This winter changed things for the worst they have ever been. I am currently buried in debt (medical and non). My mother whom was my main source of support just recently got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She has a 30 pound tumor growing out of her stomach. I have been beaten down with covid, streptococcus, and now the MRSA that almost killed me in 2018 keeps coming back. The doctors have told me they are running out of antibiotic options to use. I cannot afford to get to my appointments as well as get necessary things like food and prescriptions. I cannot make it to physical therapy.
