As many of you know, Carolyn Cardenas(Gavin) passed away suddenly on Tuesday. She was just forty-nine years old. Those who knew Carolyn knew what a compassionate, selfless person she truly was. Despite dealing with chronic pain for the last fifteen years, Carolyn rarely complained. She would want to know all about you rather than talk about herself.

She was a loving and proud wife and mother. Mario, Alyssa, and Nick are understandably shocked and devastated. They will tell you that Carolyn was the glue of the family; whatever the family needed she wouldn't hesitate. This was just who she was and we all know that that love and compassion extended to each and every one of us. Patty and Tom would have been so proud to see her truly embrace the role of matriarch to her family, her siblings, and their families, as well. She is now with The Lord, reunited with the parents she missed every day. 

We are now humbly asking for financial support for the Cardenas family during this horrible time. Carolyn's medical expenses were considerable and we aim to alleviate some of this burden for Mario, Alyssa, and Nick.
