For Nadine — With Love, Hope, and Help

There are some people who walk into a room and instantly make it feel warmer. That’s Nadine.

If you know her, you know what I mean. Her laugh, her kindness, her unwavering work ethic, the way she remembers everyone’s birthday, how she always puts others before herself. She’s been the heart of our office and a bright light in all of our lives.

Nadine received the devastating news that she has stage 4 lung cancer. It has already spread to her bones. Surgery is not an option. Chemo and radiation won’t cure it — only potentially ease the pain. It all happened so fast. Even Nadine didn’t see it coming.

We are gutted. She does not deserve this. No one does.

And so, we are reaching out to ask for something none of us ever want to ask for: help.

We are hoping to raise funds to:

Explore alternative and private treatment options that might offer her some comfort and hope

Support her with pain management and day-to-day care

Ease the enormous financial burden this is placing on her and her family

More than anything, we want Nadine to know she’s not alone in this. That she matters. That her life, her laughter, her love, her strength is worth fighting for.
