For my 4 Dog babies and medical

Hi my name is Trisha Salinas I was T-boned in a car accident while on my way to let my 4 fur babies out to go potty October 21st around 8:30 am I was hit so hard on my passenger side the arteries on the back of my neck detached and a blood clot went into my brain and caused me to have a stroke my leg broke the gear shifter and I flew to what was left of the left side of my car when I hit my head on the bottom of the door it caused several lacerations on the back of my head I had a cut on my forehead as well so 12 stitches in my forehead and over 20 sum staples in my head they lost count my lease on my rental was up on October 30th and due to trees falling on my home and the damage not being repaired could not live there any longer and with me being in the condition I’m in with a broken clavicle several fractures to my ribs and back I am uncertain when I can go back to work. I am working on reaching and walking as well as just starting stairs and have still not attempted getting into a car I can not stand or sit for long periods of time Through all of this I have a 9 year old terroir pit bull mix she is my first and only daughter Tequila or Keeks for short. I have 2 twin boys about 1 and a half years old miniature Doberman pincher Jack Russell mix Reesie and Bear and the baby is about 3 months or so younger then the twins he is a Blue American Bully his name is Blue or BB for short they had to be taken to a kennel and it is about 600 a month for all 4 that’s without food. I also have all my things in storage and need to pay for that as well I’m not use to needing or asking for help but when it comes to my kids I’ll do anything please anything will help I’m still currently in the hospital it has almost been a month since the accident my car is totaled I will have to find a place for me and my kiddos to live once I can move well enough to be able to get them back to take on walks. I miss my fur babies and I was told I am lucky to be alive I do not remember anything even the er and icu please help me keep my babies I really appreciate all the help I can get right now please and thank you!!!!!
