Me and joey will be doing a 3k outdoor assault course / trail on the 13th of April at tong outdoor centre, will consist of obstacles, running and other challenges. Neither of us have ever done anything like this before, the most exersize I do is lifting a pint as many of you know .

Sadly my brother lost his daughter Arya in August last year, at 4 years old it shook us all as you can imagine! She was looked after massively by martin house who were amazing, me and joey decided we would like to try and raise a sum of money to donate, which will go to making other unfortunate children's lives more comfortable in their last days.

It would be massively appreciated if anyone could donate, even if it's £1, will be the best £1 that's left your possession this year.
