Help kids who lost their mom to cancer

After their mom bravely fought but lost her battle with cancer, DJ and Laila need our help going forward. Their dad is their only caregiver and your financial support will help to ease some of the work of supporting his grieving kids. Support could allow for help during work trips, dinner on lonely nights, and after care for their grief. Anyone who knows Derek knows he is a devoted and present father. The burden of parenting is now solely on his shoulders. We can help share some of that burden for this precious family.

 

A few years ago, my mom donated a kidney to Derek. He had life altering health issues and stayed committed to being a great father regardless of how hard it was for him with his health. His new kidney is functioning well, but having health issues makes it scarier when you know you are the only caregiver. Please help this family as they try to move forward from this loss.
