Je m'appelle Marion et je travaille dans notre ferme familiale de fruits et légumes biologiques, à Métabetchouan, au Québec. Je suis partie en voyage en Asie avec ma meilleure amie en octobre 2013. J'ai rencontré Angga lors de notre première journée à Bali et nous vivons maintenant notre vie ensemble entre l'Indonésie et le Québec.
Je lance cette campagne de financement pour aider la famille de mon fiancé à se relocaliser. Ils habitent à Java, en Indonésie, et le terrain sur lequel ils ont construit leur maison, il y a 20 ans, appartient au gouvernement. Celui-ci reprend possession de cette terre et celles des voisins autour pour construire un chemin de fer. Ils n'ont droit à aucune compensation financière et n'ont aucun mot à dire. Concrètement, la maison sera rasée dans un avenir plus ou moins rapproché.
La situation économique globale n'étant pas aussi florissante en Indonésie qu'ici, il est impossible pour eux de déménager dans une nouvelle maison puisqu'ils ne peuvent se l'offrir. J'ai donc besoin de vous pour les aider. L'objectif est de ramasser 7 000$ dans les prochaines semaines afin de pouvoir rapidement acheter un terrain et leur sécuriser un nouveau lieu de vie. Dans les prochains mois, nous construirons tranquillement la nouvelle maison. Angga retourne chez lui à la fin septembre, après un séjour de 6 mois au Québec. Je le rejoindrai un peu plus tard en novembre. En étant sur place, il sera plus facile de tout organiser et d'aider ma belle famille.

I am starting this campaign to help my fiancé's family to relocalize. They live on the island of Java in Indonesia and the land on which they built their house 20 years ago belongs to the government. The government is taking back possession of the land to build a railroad so their house, as well a neigbouring houses, will be reposessed and destroyed without compensation, without discussion.
Simply buying a house is too expensive for his parents, therefore I am asking for your help. Our goal is to gather 7 000 $ (CAN) in the next weeks to purchase a new land and secure a spot for them to move. In the next months, we will all work at building a new house. Angga is going back home to Java at the end of September to start building with his father and I will follow him a little later in November.
