Mark Stone's Retirement Legacy

Tax deductible
After investing in generations of music students Ayala High School  Music Director, Mr. Mark Stone, has officially announced his retirement.  The Ayala Band and Colorguard Boosters would like to honor his accomplishments by raising funds, as Mr. Stone's legacy, towards the purchase of instruments such as sousaphones, tubas, euphoniums, trombones, bass clarinets, baritone and tenor saxes.  Many students are performing on 25-year-old instruments in need of frequent repair.

While his innovative teaching methods clearly have led the way in the development of high school music and marching programs across the country, his top priority has always been the well-being of his students. Even as he faces retirement he is concerned that the Ayala band students are in great need of new instruments.

If you would like to make a donation in Mr. Stone's honor, all funds will go towards the purchase of these much-needed instruments allowing Mr. Stone's vision and legacy to live on.   If you wish to donate via cash or check, (Made payable to Ayala BAC,  and on the memo line: LEGACY) please send to Ayala BAC, P.O. Box 2104, Chino Hills, CA  91709.

Save the date for Mr. Stone's Retirement Party on May 6th at the Chino Hills Community Center located 14250 Peyton Drive, Chino Hills, 91709.  Hours: 3:00-6:00 P.M.
