Support Derek's Battle Against Cancer

Hello, thanks for spending a few minutes to read this bio. My name is Rodney Flinner.

My son Derek was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in 2024.

He has undergone a surgical procedure to remove the cancer. Which did not contain the cancer, which has now moved to his blood stream and the cancer has doubled. He now is scheduled to see a specialist in the type of cancer that is aggressively deterating his health rapidly. As a parent, father, son and friend this has our family very worried.

The daily living expenses and medical bills have fallen squarely on his wife's shoulders, reducing a two-income household to one income. This is due to his temporary disability taking an extensive amount of time to grant him his claim. The doctors recently cleared him to return to work with a light-duty order, although that was not enough for them to approve.

I am hoping to raise $15,000 to help him and his wife through these stressful times.
