Evicted Due to Landlord's New Marriage

This is the last place I wanted to turn, but I'm out of options.

I received news yesterday that my landlord is kicking my roommates and myself out by the end of July. She recently got married and needs the rooms in her home for her new husband and his kids.

I've lived there for three years and paid my rent on time every month. Rent in Oregon is insane; I was fortunate enough to find the place I have been in. I am trying to find a new place, but with move-in costs, I just don't have the funds. This was kind of a last-minute thing for me, and I had no time to prepare.
