Evelyn Vanhorn: Supporting Alex and Anna Vanhorn

Evelyn Ruth Vanhorn was born at 24 weeks to Alex and Anna Vanhorn on Friday, April 25, 2025. Despite all of the efforts of an incredible medical team, Evelyn was called into the arms of Jesus shortly after birth. The Vanhorn family first and foremost appreciates your continued prayer during this time.

This fundraiser aims to support the Vanhorn family as they navigate the process of establishing a memorial for their daughter, and to relieve them of medical expenses related to this heartbreaking loss. Any additional funds raised will go towards donating a Cuddle Cot, a device that is used to help families spend as much time as possible with an infant after loss, to the hospital that served the Vanhorn family. Also, additional funds will be used to establish a memorial grant in Evelyn’s name with the “Out of the Ashes” foundation that supports families with similar tragedies in an effort to relieve the financial stress of medical care and child loss.
