Eric Douglas Wickizer Sr. Memorial

Early Saturday morning the world lost an amazing man, Eric Douglas Wickizer Sr. He passed away very unexpectedly , Eric was the most loving and dedicated husband, dad, papa and friend that you could ever ask for.

Eric was married to his best friend, his soul mate Marty Gorka Wickizer, which they built an amazing family together. They had 5 boys, 4 of their own and one they adopted, Eric was indeed the type of guy who always did what was right, perfect example of stepping up, and being the best dad not just to his 4 birthed sons but his nephew and gave him the best life possible.

Many know Eric as a hard working man which he was for years until his accident which turned his life upside down and changed it for the rest of time, but him not being able to work made him able to take care of his own dad until it was his time to leave this earth. And also gave him so much time to spend with his best friend, others (most) know him as a proud dad and grandpa. There's no question papa was his favorite name. He never missed anything with his kids and grand kids as he was indeed the prime example of a family man, he made sure everyone had what they needed and were happy no matter the cost.

Eric is survived by his loving wife Marty Wickizer, his sons Wesley, Eric, Tyler, Trevor and Travis. His grand kids Alyvia, Kaleb, Gavin Dominic, Cayden, Kennedy, Carter, Lilly and Layton.

The world lost one of the good ones, one that would have helped anyone, and now his family could use some help with the long road ahead. Gone too soon but never will be forgotten. RIP
