Equip a Classroom: Donate for a Roll-Down Map

Hi! I'm a 6th grade teacher in Gloucester, VA!

I'm looking to buy a roll-down map for my classroom to help me teach Geography.

This year, my job description changed. In addition to teaching 6th Grade Social Studies, I'll be teaching Science. This required that I move into a Science lab. The lab is fantastic! The problem? All of the wall space is taken up by cabinets, which means there is nowhere to hang the maps I'll need for Social Studies.

Currently, I have them attached by magnet to the white boards, but this leaves no room for notes. I'll have to constantly put them up and take them down. A pull-down map would be so much easier.

I expect that our school will need a dual Science/Social Studies teacher for a few more years, based on expected enrollment, so this will get used for years to come.
