Hi my name is Evans Nana a close friend of Kane Francis, current Englands strongest man, a world strongest man, strong man champions league and a Giants live strongman competitor. Kane unfortunately had a full rupture of his adductor tendon in his groin which is a very rare but expensive surgery.

Since the NHS in the uk can be a very slow process, his only option is to go through private health care which is not cheap. It’s a huge hit to ask for help and obviously as “strongmen”we don’t like to ask for hand outs but the reality is if he doesn’t get the surgery asap his chances of recovery and returning to top level of strongman could be over with this type of injury, as if left to long the chance of a full recovery is small.He have about 3 weeks to have the surgery or the tendon shrinks and shortens making the reattachment less likely.
