Our beloved friend, cousin, and colleague Elisa Lavarias has unexpectedly passed. E was an amazing and aspiring chef whose work moved the hearts and appetites of millions. She touched the hearts and souls of everyone she came across through her humble and gentle nature. She would always encourage those in need at any moment without judgment. Her sweetness and generosity, as well as her culinary prowess, were unparalleled.
