To the family and friends of Eddie Zurita, we are asking you to share this story to help the family with grieving the loss of the beloved kind soul. Any and all support shall contribute to funeral expenses for the sudden loss.

A message from the family:

To all friends and family that have crossed paths with my dad.

It is with deep sadness to announce the death of my beloved father Eddie Zurita. Who passed away on Sunday March 24. Dad touched the hearts of all who knew him with his kind and uplifting spirit. He was a loving father, grandfather and a great friend to many. His presence brought light and joy to every room he entered, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled.

We will forever cherish the memories we shared with him and hold onto the lessons he taught us. Dad's legacy of love and compassion will continue to guide us as we go on in this world without him.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in knowing that Dad is now at peace and watching over us from above. We will carry his memory in our hearts forever, and his spirit will live on through the love he shared with us.

Rest in peace, Dad. You will always be loved and missed beyond words. Give grandma a big hug from me. I love you.

A little back story on Mr. Zurita:

Eddie was born in San Vicente, Nayarit and was brought to the states at a young age. Growing up Eddie enjoyed being active so he joined the swim & track and field team at James Monroe high school. Eddie then graduated and went on to start his adult life having 5 beautiful children.
