Dysart Family Reunion Denver 2016

Dysart family and friends: 

We hope this message finds you well!  We are truly excited about our upcoming family reunion.  July will be here before you know it!  

Here are the current details for the 2016 Family Reunion in Denver CO.  

The reunion will be from July 15th-July 17th 2016.  We have selected the location at one of Denver's premier park locations, Berkely park.  


Friday Night:  

Family and Friends meet and greet!  This night will be a time to welcome those that have traveled far and near. This will also be movie night.  The movie will be outdoors with a large outdoor projecion screen for perfect viewing of the movie.  Drinks and snacks for the movie will be included with this event. The cost is $5 per person child and adult.  This is an (optional item).

Saturday Event:  

This is the Big Event! 

Saturday will be at BERKELEY PARK we will have the park location from 9:00 a.m-9:00 p.m and we will have; a snow cone machine and cotton candy.  A bouncy house for all to enjoy along with drinks and refreshments.


Bring your QWORTA'S because there will be multiple TONK tables!  If tonk aint your thang don't worry because we will have dominoes, spades, yatzee and other board games.  

If sports, fishing, paddle boating, swimming is up your alley your going to be right at home! 

We will also be having a talent show for all family members that want to show their STUFF! 

The cost for Saturday is $10 per child (12 and under) and $20 for adults.  This price includes food, snacks and refreshments a variety of drinks for the kids and a keg for adults all day long.  Tommy D on the grill, you know whats going down!

Keep the TONK QWORTA'S you win on Saturday because the Colorado Casino Mountains will be calling!  We are currently organizing transportation from Denver up to the casinos on Sunday.  An average price is $23 for round trip to the casions and back.  We are working on a group discount and will update as it becomes available.  

T-Shirt will be available at a cost of $10 per shirt.  PLEASE INDICATE THE SIZES YOU WANT IN THE GO FUND ME COMMENT SECTION WHEN YOU PAY.  (T-Shirst will have the above logo) 

EXAMPLE:  Dysart  T-shirts (1) XL and (2) L. 

YOU ARE WELLCOME TO ATTEND ANY OR ALL OF THE FAMILY REUNION!  WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SEE YOU WHENEVER WE CAN!  

BUDGET FOR YOUR FAMILY BASED ON WHICH DAYS AND WHAT YOU WANT TO ATTEND!

HERE IS A BUDGETING EXAMPLE FOR A FAMILY OF FIVE DOING ALL EVENTS EXCEPT SUNDAY! 

Friday= $25 for the whole family. (2 adults & 3 kids)
Saturday=$70 for the whole family
Qworta's=$20 (LOL)
T-Shirts=$50

WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME WE HAVE, CHIP AWAY A LITTLE EACH WEEK IT WILL SHOW IN THE COMMENT SECTION FOR YOU TO EASILY TRACK!
