Dylan was diagnosed May 6, 2017, just shy of his 1st birthday, with a rare cancer called, "Undifferentiated Soft Tissue Sarcoma." (liver cancer)
The family is going to need all of us through these trying times for their beautiful and very sweet baby boy who is in the fight for his life.
