Relief for Dustin

Dustin is 26 years old and was suddenly stricken with a blood infection that attached itself to his heart. His aortic valve was deteriorated from the severity of the infection. This has also caused him to have multiple strokes, swelling and bleeding in the brain and the infection landed multiple abscesses that formed in his brain causing a pretty substantial midline shift.
He was in ICU on Life Support for 1.5 months. He had come down with pneumonia and flash pulmonary edema multiple times... His heart valve was getting weaker as we tried to find a surgeon that would do the life saving heart surgery Dustin needed, we just kept getting denials because cardio thoracic surgeons said the surgery he needed to live-he would not live through the surgery due to the other medical complications.
As Dustin courageously struggled with survival the support from his family and friends and those of you that dont even personally know him but have taken the time to read his story is of greatest meaning, no matter if you are living near or far away because to me that meant his life mattered!
Please honor my young brothers life as he was peacefully carried away by the angels of heaven with God on his side and a fearless heart as I held him in my arms and made sure he was not alone on July 11, 2017.
As part of his support team, as his big sister, I will be managing the donations for him, the funds will be deposited into a joint account so I will be able to take care of anything needed for Dustin.    Your thoughts and prayers are much welcomed during this fragile time.
