Jake "Coach"  Horowitz was always the life of the party. He had so many friends and was definitely a well known kid at Santa Monica High School. Although he was short, he still balled everyone out. As a young kid he played every sport imaginable and was always funny, energetic and just full of life. He used to do impressions of his friends' sneeze and my mom and I used to die of laughter. I want everyone to remember for who he was overall, and not how he acted in the last years of life. For those of you who don't know, he had one of the biggest hearts out there. My sister and I are trying to help our parents out in anyway possible. No matter the amount, or even if you just share the post we appreciate the support. We love you Jakey forever and always❤️
