Donate to Josh's Cancer Recovery Journey

In September of 2024, Josh was diagnosed with stage 3c testicular cancer. He underwent 12 weeks of chemotherapy from October to December. The chemo was truly debilitating, causing Josh to be out of work for 4 months. In January of 2025, Josh was scheduled for surgery to remove the affected testicle. However, he ended up having pneumonia, which prevented them from completing the surgery. In the days following the canceled surgery, Josh had another scan that showed he has a large mass in his abdomen that is wrapped around his aorta, the main artery that carries blood down his legs. This will require an extensive open surgery to remove the mass and lymph nodes. The surgery will take approximately 5 hours, followed by a lengthy stay in the hospital. Because of this cancer and surgery Josh and Maddie will have to rely on modern medicine including IVF in order to have more children. Josh's recovery will not be easy, but we are confident he will come through this healthy and cancer-free.
