My name is Jaden, I am 27 years old and I have 3 beautiful babies. I suffer from Guillain Barre syndrome. This awful illness put me in the ICU for a week and paralyzed me from the waist down.

I have since partially healed but it has caused me to have seizures, as well as permanent nerve damage to my lower extremities and muscle weakness to my upper body. It has also caused me to develop POTS, Hashimoto, and Humerol immunodeficiency which means my immune system is equivalent to one of somebody on chemo, near to nothing. I am unable to drive, and unable to work. I am due to start physical therapy and I have just began my IVIG infusions. Anybody who knows me knows I have worked since I was 16 years old and I have always been one to give and never ask for help but this has put my family in a spot to where we are having to choose what bills to pay with only my husbands income.
