URGENT - CUSTODY Battle needing funds.

Hi, My friend is in a horrendous custody battle with her two children. They’ve expressed their desire to live with their mother, but she is outnumbered, and lawyers are expensive, and require a large sum for their retainer.

My friend Anna has fought head-on for a year and 8 months over the custody of her children, whom she had custody of since they were born. Due to her deciding to relocate for employment, housing, and family support. One father took it upon himself to file for custody purely to hurt Anna. The father of the other child did it purely to be a follower. The main strategy of this private custody case is to completely drain Anna of all financial resources for the fathers to win. Anna doesn’t deserve this treatment. She has always devoted her whole being to her children and other children by supporting them, loving them, and raising them the best she can.

The courts have done everything they can to make this a strenuous process for Anna. She just wants a fair chance to have her children, who she always had custody of. This case is going to trial on May 24 & May 26 2023 and without funding above $5,000 Anna will find herself unrepresented at trial against two very qualified opposing attorneys. This is not fair to Anna or the children Addison and Anthony who love their mother dearly. Anna has NEVER harmed any child or used any substances but is being treated worse than most drug users in this court system.
