Help Me Fight My Case

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to stop by my page. My name is Ja'son Walker. I'm 35 years old and I currently live with my partner and my younger autistic brother. I've always been raised to treat everyone with respect, tell people yes ma'am and yes sir, and to never think you're better off than someone else. Learning these values has gotten me far in life and I've always been to type to do anything and everything if someone reaches out to me for help and if I don't have the answer then we'll find someone who can. When the pandemic hit I was blessed to have a job to work during that time. Still, my partner lost his because of it being a server during the pandemic was no longer valuable because for the longest restaurants were just doing store pick up or delivery so there was no need for severs. So I had to pick up the slack providing food and making sure we keep a roof over my head and ever since my brother has stayed with us I've always worked extra hard to ensure he never knows what a struggle is. I worked for Gamestop for almost 4 years. I started off as a customer service agent and worked myself up to a trainer I enjoyed the job because it tapped into what I enjoy as a person and that's helping people and building relationships. The pay wasn't the best but it was reliable and it's pretty much all we had. I recently got let go from the job after un-expectedly being accused of stealing GameStop gift cards in the amount of $13,000. There was no warning, write-up, or any chance to review what evidence they had supporting this. I was not granted an opportunity to try and defend myself, instead, they just continued explaining that they wanted to pursue legal action. I'm not perfect or have I ever claimed to be but I've never done anything that called for someone to press legal action on me. The worst thing I've done is not paid a traffic ticket on time. The last thing I need is someone showing up on my record that could tarnish me as a person and stop me from being able to provide for my family and that's why I want to get a lawyer to help fight for me and protect my reputation. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. A public attorney I feel isn't going to do the right thing in this case and I don't want to become another statistic in the system as a black man that did something wrong and have that mark against me for the rest of my life or risk our family being on the street. I know it's super short notice but according to the email I got from Tarrant County I need to let them know by June 30 that I have proper representation.
