Hi! I’m Anna, I’m studying my MA in Theatre Directing at East15 Acting School. It’s been my dream since forever to make theatre for a career. I worked and saved up for two years to be able to afford this year. I’m thrilled to finally be on the next step for that journey!

In February I have the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Poland with renowned European theatre company Song of the Goat.

Unfortunately, as many of you may know, tuition fees and living costs in London are hard to balance. On top of this, I would have to pay rent and bills on my place in London while paying for accommodation and flights in Poland. The university provides a small grant towards living costs, but in this financial climate it isn’t quite enough.

This is such an incredible opportunity for me which I don’t want to miss out on due to financial difficulties. The theatre industry is already so hard for working class creatives to succeed due to financial barriers. Anything you can give would make all the difference.
