Hi! My name is Viki, I am fundraising for my mom Viktoria.

Viktoria has been around horses for a very long time and shared lot of good memories and love with them. She was also very ambitious to help others and just in the last month she put her two passions together. Helping other people with the horse’s guidance and her life coaching skills what she has been working on in the past 6 months.

Just as she graduated and was ready to start up her business she got into an accident. One of the horse got spooked of something and ended up jumping over fences. My mom ran up closer to the horse to calm him down and hoping to keep both the horse and other people safety. As she did that the horse attempted to jumped a steel fence. His front legs knocked the fence forward, hitting my mom in the head knocking her to the ground causing a major concussion. As the horse hit the ground, his back legs also got caught so the fence pick up the gate and it landed on mom in three chest.

Viktoria’s lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital right aways in Invermere. Unfortunately they do not have enough technology there so they ended up have to flying her out to Kelowna which is 5.5 hours away. Thankfully we had enough support to get through this situation and was able to get to the her to hospital in time.

Her injury was very serious and the Doctor’s wanted to do a scan to find out if surgery was necessary. Fortunately, surgery wasn’t and as of right now Viktoria is in and out of consciousness. She has been able to whisper small words of her choice. She knows she is safe and is in good hands however she still in need lot of support. As her daughter, I feel very anxious leaving her side. Unable to go to work as a server, as I would not be able to give my best smile and to the customers. I have decided to stay with mom until she recovers which we all hope that it will happen soon since she is a fighter and she does not give in as easily.

I’m find it less than easy to accepting help at any time. So now I am asking for your support as the medical bills will need to be covered. The airlift along with the ambulance are only a few if the upcoming bills. My mom and I unable to work, and we still have horses to care for. At this time we ask for any support financially that you can offer. We thank you for your support during this unfortunate time.
