Help Baby Chase Heal: Support for Life-Saving Heart Surgery

Meet Chase — a sweet, strong, and smiley 7-month-old who is facing a journey no baby should have to take.

Chase is one of a rare set of MoMo identical twins, meaning he and his twin brother, Cameron, shared not just a womb, but the same amniotic sac — a high-risk condition that brought them into the world through faith, courage, and medical miracles.

Now, Chase is preparing for his biggest battle yet: open-heart surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital on August 1 to repair a congenital heart defect. This life-saving surgery requires his parents, Evan and Mackenzie, to travel from their home in Lakeville, Minnesota, all the way to Boston. The family will be away from home for at least four weeks — navigating emotional, physical, and financial challenges no young family should have to face alone.

While Chase is in the hospital recovering, his parents will take turns staying by his side — all while caring for his twin brother, Cameron, who needs just as much love and attention.
