Hello, I am Ola and in June/July 2025, myself and 2 other members of staff from Inverkeithing High School are taking 21 Senior S4-S6 pupils to Cambodia for 28 Days as part of the Camps International Cambodia Expedition. On this expedition pupils and staff will work closely with rural Cambodian communities to support community development, completing work such as constructing water storage pots, improving infrastructure at local schools, building water wells and refurbishing community buildings. We will also be learning about Cambodia’s rich culture and turbulent history at the world-famous Angkor Wat temples, S21 Prison and Killing Fields. Pupils and staff will also take on the challenge of an adventurous trek through the Kulen Mountain Reserve. To go on this expedition pupils & staff must fundraise a substational amount of money to cover our costs. I am writing to seek support in helping our fundraising efforts by means of donation. Funding will go towards travel costs and buying supplies such as stationery and sanitary products for children living in rural Cambodian communities. This citizenship program is helping our pupils develop into young adults and showcase their support to those who need it more.
