Domestic Violence survivor and young child need help

Hello, my name is Erin. My 6 year old daughter and I have luckily escaped domestic abuse, however the terror continues. I am on ODSP barely making ends meet. I am asking for help because the abuser falsely had me charged with a serious crime and I need more money than legal aid can provide to defend me. I am scared of losing my kid, my home, everything. At this point I can't even make rent. If you or anyone you know understands how domestic abuse works and how it can sometimes worsen once you escape, please share. I need to help my kiddo. God bless.
