“Dian’s Road to Recovery: Your Help Matters”

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

We are reaching out during a difficult and deeply personal time to ask for your help in supporting someone very dear to us—

Dian Winsor —who will need in-home medical aftercare once she comes home following a recent health crisis.

Dian has been through a life changing experience. After going through liver and kidney failure , having DIC of the blood, fevers, going through multiple rounds of dialysis and now having a tracheotomy vent in her, we are now facing a long and challenging road to recovery. While Dian is strong and determined, we cannot do this alone.

Doctors have advised that Dian will possibly need ongoing medical support at home, including [nursing care, physical therapy, medication management, mobility assistance, wound care, etc.]. Unfortunately, OHIP only covers a small portion of these critical services, leaving a significant financial burden on Dian and family.

This is where we humbly ask for your help.

Your donation will go directly toward:

• Professional in-home nursing and therapy once home

• Medical equipment and supplies

If needed.

• Daily living assistance to ensure safety and comfort

• Transportation to follow-up appointments and treatments
