Deadlift For Suicide

July 2nd @fitxpo_uk we will make history again and all the Male weight class deadlift world records will belong to athletes of @mkstrengthandfitness18

.

Myself & @strongmangav90kg will both be attempting to break the Under 105kg & Under 90kg deadlift world records

.

@jadeh_pt will be attempting to break the Under 82kg female Irish deadlift record and we have some other team members going to attempt big lifts

.

We are doing this in support of mental health awareness and suicide in memory of my father.

.

So along with the £2500 we raised at our last event im confident we can get close to our target of £10K.

.

With the help of @fitxpo_uk and some very amazing and kind companies I know we can smash this

It took me a while to pick a charity to work with and donate a large sum of money to but after recently dealing in person with @action_mental_health and seeing what they are about I have decided that’s where our donations will be going

They do such a great job and the more they can get the more they can help
