De'jon Joy

De'jon Joy is currently incarcerated in San Quentin State prison; he is serving a sentence for armed robbery. In SQSP he has taken advantage of all the rehabilitate programs. Such as, The Last Mile, Squires, No More Tears, Coalition for Justice and many more. He has made great progress in confronting his past decisions and actions. He is also very committed in becoming a positive contributor to our communities. He has learned new skills that have helped him in his self-development. In 2019, De'jon accomplished one of his goals  which was graduating and receiving an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science. De'jon would love to continue his education and obtain a BA in Sociology while incarcerated. In spring 2021, one of his  goals is to apply to Adams State University or Ohio State where they offer the prisoner program. Unfortunately due to him being incarcerated financial aid is limited.  $3,000 will help De'jon the opportunity to pursue his dreams and further his education. 

We have created this account to seek support from the community to kindly ask for donations to help De'jon finish his education. These donations and support will give him the chance to show his true potential and to reach his goals.
