Darren DeLap Stage 4 Cancer please help the family

Darren DeLap, loving husband to Cindy for 36 years, father to Zoie and Zack, son, brother and amazing friend to all that knows him, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Its confirmed to spread to many areas including lymph nodes and bones. Current testing will confirm more areas that it has spread to.
His journey started Wednesday September 30th, when trying to finish his master bedroom tile, while on his knees bent over, he noticed his fingers turning purple, so he called the nurses line, they thought he was having a heartattach and advised to call 911. Cindy rushed home drove to Washington Mercy hopsital where doctors thought to call for helicopter and rush him to Big Mercy in Ladue. When he arrived his heart stopped and had to bring him back with Electric cardioversion shock. Come to find out the fluid around his heart was suffocating it and was the cause.  They later tested the fluid which found cancer cells. Mercy diagnosed him with stage 4 lung cancer and their treatment plan was one year of double dose chemotherapy and a hormone treatment, 2nd year single dose of chemotherapy and a hormone treatment and 3rd year no hope, just hormone treatment.. 
They decided to go to Siteman Cancer Center and get a second opinion..
 So he is now in the care of the cancer center at Barnes hospital at Wash U.  Unlike at Big Mercy, He is now scheduled for a full body MRI and a biopsy of the mass in his llymph nodes.  He and his family have been very emotional struggling to figure out the 2 different diagnosis from 2 different hospitals... Obviously, they will continue to get treatment from Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes. 
 Here is where the family could use your help financially.  Darren's insurance did not go back into effect until October 1st. So the helicopter ride, visit to the emergency rooms to different hospitals is going to come out of pocket. Disability takes about 5 to 6 months to start receiving funds.. The family could really use some financial help to get them through this very difficult time. Darren and Cindy are the type of people that would do anything for their friends and family at any cost!  Let's support them and show them how much we appreciate and love them and how we want to help financially in any way that they need!!
