Daniel's moms final expenses

As some of you know or don't know, Daniel's mom suddenly took ill last week for something seemingly simple. Saturday morning of August 13, 2022, after a night of throwing up, her son took her into the ER and she walked in on her own. And within two days, she was intubated on a ventilator, and we were told things would never be the same again.

She left us on this evening of Monday, August 22, 2022, her birthday infact. Daniel and I were with her for her last breath. But, she opened her eyes and looked at him, and he was able to say goodbye and tell her not to worry and that he would not be alone.

Just seven short years ago, Daniel went through a long-term battle for health with his father, whom they also lost.

As his husband, I am here to help him shoulder the burden as much as possible. He is so strong, but this is something no one is ever prepared for.

I know everyone feels the need for the traditional action as a friend, but, in lieu of flowers for I, those resources would be best directed to help him recover financially from these ever-increasing final costs, which now must be put on a credit card.

Anything is appreciated. And please, prayers are best directed to strengthen him and his spirit.
