Danielle is a loving wife, mother of three young girls, sister, and daughter. She works an as RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Kamloops, BC. She has just been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, and will require in patient treatment at Vancouver General Hospital. Her oncologist told her she can expect to be in Vancouver for roughly 6-months. My sister is gutted that she can’t complete her treatment closer to home, surrounded by loved ones. We are raising money to help bring her loved ones to her in Vancouver, and to help manage the everyday lives of three young girls now at home without their mother. They live modest lifestyles, family being their number one priority, with not much money to spare, especially now that there will be lost income.
