husband, father, son, brother…tragically gone

Pedro Daniel Avina and his uncle Jose tragically passed away in a car accident on August 14, 2024, near Knoxville, TN. He was a devoted father to his three children: Charlie, 12, Victoria, 9, and Sofia, just 7 months old. Daniel’s love for his children was unmatched, and he always put them first. He was a loving husband, a dedicated provider, and a faithful friend who lit up every room he entered. Please consider donating whatever you can to support his family during this difficult time. He was the best older brother anyone could ask for, and his presence in our lives can never be replaced. Also in the car was Daniel’s godfather, José Manuel Avina, who sadly passed away as well. José, who was nearly 66, was full of life and always up for a good time. He had traveled from Mexico to visit Daniel and spend time with his godson and his family. Both men were taken from us far too soon, and the pain of losing them both is simply unbearable. Daniel leaves behind his loving family—his son and two beautiful daughters. Though he left us far too soon, his memory will live on in our hearts forever. We are grateful for the 36 wonderful years we had with him.
