Hello, My name is Damiano and for those who know, I've recently moved out of my abusive household from italy to australia. I've started my transition and my next step is top surgery.

I have a broken rib and binding with a binder is slowly killing me, it's uncomfortable and it hurts. As a trans man, this surgery is vital and the very next step to fully be free and live my life as i was always meant to. Unfortunately as I don’t have insurance and I’m an immigrant the price for the surgery is around 30k and it’s just so dehumanising to think that to live as myself I have to spend so much money. It is unfair and heartbreaking.
