This Was Sudden and Unexpected: We Are in Dharamsala To Be with His Holiness the Dalai Lama!
Sommer and Jon, members of the Compassion Games Leadership Team, were invited to join a small delegation to visit Dharamsala, India and report back on what's happened since the Seeds of Compassion and to invite His Holiness the Dalai Lama to return to Seattle. The private audience is scheduled for April 6.
This April is the 10th anniversary of the Seeds of Compassion with His Holiness the Dalai Lama (HHDL) and many luminaries who came to Seattle. This was the largest event in the history of Washington State. As a result, we started the International Campaign for Compassionate Cities, there are now over 400 cities around the world, and over 18 million people have been served through the Compassion Games: Survival of the Kindest. Our goal is to serve 100 million people through the Compassion Games by the end of 2020 and help create Peace on Earth. We are inspired by the opportunity to share with HHDL what we have created so far, our goal, and to invite his participation.
