Family Asking for help

As much as i hate doing this i have come to a point where it might mean the difference between a house over my kids heads or my wounded ego. Six years ago i was diagnosed with spinal degeneration. What this means is my vertebra in my back are slowly crumbling and making it where i cant walk without a cane and possibly down the line without a wheelchair. Last year i went through a separation and then a divorce. The only job i could go back to was a sales job at a small cell phone store. This is due to the large amount of painkillers i have to take each day to be able to walk. I only work three days a week and make about $450 dollars every two weeks. When i tried to apply for disability i was informed that i made too much money to qualify even though I'm barely making enough to pay rent and utilities every month. Still not sure how that works but evidently I'm not poor enough to receive disability. I have both my daughters full time and receive no child support from my ex wife. As you can imagine its incredibly tough. I grew up old school where you didn't ask for help you went out and took care of it. Unfortunately this time my body is unable to do what i need it to do anymore. As much as i hate asking for help i hate the thought of loosing my house and not being able to get my children clothes and necessities more. It is my hope to make enough to cover our rent and bills until tax return season. If you can help it is appreciated more then you know. If you cant i completely understand! Things are hard all over especially right now. Or if you cant help me but you come across a family in need and can help with clothes or any other small necessity please do so.
