Creating Baby Walker

We met in 2019 and sparks flew immediately and knew the one thing we wanted more than anything else is to start and have a family. After several months of not getting pregnant we had some tests run and learned that our only option for getting pregnant would be to use reproductive technology. In 2020, we started our infertility journey with CNY Fertility clinic where we did a round of IVF. After harvesting 8 eggs, we found out only 2 made it to a transferrable state. We transferred both and failed. We continued our IVF journey well in 2022. At our last transfer we were told that if this did not work, we would not be able to create a Baby Walker with Aimee's eggs and Michael's sperm. We were unsuccessful.

In 2022, after purchasing our first home together, we got on an embryo donor waitlist with the knowledge that we would likely not get donor embryos for 4-5 years. On Tuesday of this week, we got the email that if we wanted them, we had donor embryos!!!!! Our final hope for starting our family together! This GoFundMe is designed to help us with the financial burden of adopting embryos that we had not anticipated as our initial timeline was many years in the future. As laid out by CNY Fertility, the costs are as follows:

Embryo Adoption - $3,000

Cycle Monitoring - $1,000

Medications - approximately $1,500

Cost of Embryo Transfer - $1,000

Storage of Embryos - $600

Travel to NY for transfer/medication/monitoring - $2,000
