On Monday, December 15, 2025, the world lost one of its brightest lights, Craig "Lego" Leggett.
Craig adored his beautiful wife, Alannah and was devoted to their two very special children. In this time of sadness, we are raising money to help support Craig’s family whilst they walk through this unimaginably difficult time.
As well as a devoted family man, Craig was a loving son, brother, brother in law, uncle and a great mate to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
Everyone who knew Craig knew his passion for triathlon, and if you knew Lego, you knew his smile. His words of encouragement were ever-present, whether he was immersed in his own race, cheering from the sidelines, or simply living his life with unreserved enthusiasm and authenticity. He had an incredible ability to lift those around him, inspiring belief in one's capabilities even in moments of doubt.
Craig was the kind of friend who was always there, not just on race day, but in every aspect of life. His presence made us all better, and his unwavering support and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he met.
In honour of Craig's memory and to support his beloved family during this difficult time, we have established this GoFundMe page.
All who knew Lego know he would have done the same for any one of us.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the overwhelming love, support and generosity you’ve shown through the GoFundMe page. I am absolutely blown away. Craig would be so incredibly humbled to see how much love has been wrapped around the kids, our family, and me, and to know how deeply he was loved and admired by so many. Thank you also to everyone who attended Craig’s funeral service – it was truly beautiful, and nothing less than the biggest and best for Craig John Leggett (LEGO). Your kindness and generosity are helping the kids, our family, and me navigate through this incredibly difficult time, and we are so deeply grateful for each and every one of you xx
