Update 8/12
Jesse is awake and talking!! Thank the Lord!!
My name is Christopher. I am part of a motorcycle riding group called #rosecityriderz
It pains me to inform everyone that one of our brothers took a very nasty crash head on and suffered severe injuries. Thank the lord he is alive and fighting as hard as he can to recover!
On Tuesday August 10th around 9pm, Jesse was on a ride with our group as usual enjoying what he loves best, getting some action on the "twisties" as he referes to them. Unfortunately on this day a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction veered into the oncoming lane and Jesse had no time to react and impacted head on.
Here's where is gets tough..
Jesse was launched over 100 ft and landed helmet first into the pavement. The motorcycle exploded upon impact eventually causing the car to set fire and explode as well. The car occupants are safe with no injuries.
Jesse layed motionless on the ground until our brother David came to his aid and sat with him for 20 mins until the ambulance arrived. David kept him awake by telling him it will all be ok.
The update we have at this time is Jesse is stable and still under intubation and sedation.
He suffered a severely broken pelvis, Blood clots, and bruising along with cuts to his wrist and lips that required stitches. The neuro surgeon worked extensively to save his leg and foot and he now has full blood flow. There is a fracture to his spine and he will require a brace to correct it as well. More updates will be posted in real time.

You couldn't ask for a more generous and hardworking father, son, and overall human being. Jesse was brought into our group a few months ago by myself and he has been family since day one. Being between jobs has set them back a bit but jesse held his head high and did what he could to provide for his family.
We are not asking for handouts, or pity.. we are simply asking to help raise additional funds for bills, Rent, groceries, and medical expenses for jesse and his family. Lets see what we can do with everyones help.
