Costruzione Pronto Soccorso - Togo

Hello everyone,

As my birthday approaches this year, I’ve been reflecting on what truly matters. Instead of gifts or celebrations, I’m asking for something more meaningful to me: your help to fund the Emergency Rooms of the hospital that “Cuori Grandi” is building in Amakpapé (Togo, Africa).

After having volunteered there for six months, I do not have enough words to express the importance of a hospital in that region, where many individuals suffer due to a lack of basic healthcare facilities and/or the money to access it, being the whole Togolese healthcare system based on fees. Hence, I am deeply attached to the noble mission underpinning the hospital being constructed by Cuori Grandi, aimed at providing the highest-quality treatments, at the lowest costs and for free for the poorest.

The funds raised will be entrusted directly to Cuori grandi, an Onlus funded by two remarkable missionaries, Patrizia and Maristella, who have been living in Togo for more 20 years. After having built schools hosting more than 600 children, a canteen, an infirmary, homes for needy families and more, they have envisioned the hospital project in Amakpapè and they are overseeing its construction, started in November 2023. Their commitment guarantee that every donation will be used to tangibly support the advancement of this critical project.

Your donation—no matter how small—can have a huge impact. Your generosity will contribute directly to the hospital, making sure that when someone needs urgent medical care, it will be there for them. As I will periodically go to Togo in the future, I commit to share all the updates with you, the donors, making you part of a big change in people living there.
