Dear friends and supporters,
We are raising funds for Cory Moses, a dedicated athlete who is currently training for the Paralympics in wheelchair fencing. Cory's life changed forever just over two years ago when he was involved in a tragic hit-and-run accident while riding his bike in Brooklyn. As a result of the accident, he was left paralyzed and faced a long road to recovery.
However, Cory has shown incredible resilience and determination in his journey toward recovery. After months in the hospital, he discovered wheelchair fencing and found it to be an excellent way to get out of the house and be active. Since he started fencing, Cory has won medals from national tournaments and even competed in a World Cup.
Fencing has been an essential part of Cory's recovery, and now he has set his sights on competing at the highest level and representing the USA in the Paralympic Games. However, fencing is an expensive sport, and the extra adaptive equipment required for wheelchair fencing makes it even more challenging to pursue at the highest level.
That's why we are asking for your help to support Cory in his quest to become a Paralympian. Your contribution will go towards funding his training, travel expenses, and adaptive equipment needed to compete at the highest level. Any amount you can give, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping Cory achieve his dream of representing the USA in the Paralympic Games.
Thank you for your support and generosity. Let's help Cory make his dreams a reality!
